We have been blessed to be Leilani's parents for just over four months. It is unbelievable how perfectly she fits into our family and has totally stolen our hearts. Today was a very busy, very fun day! We started the day with a playgroup from church visiting a retirement village,coloring and making fun bunny ears.To top it off, Leilani had her very first Easter egg hunt.
After a refreshing nap, we headed over to Fog Willow Farms in Wilton. She had her first experience with farm animals. She got to see and pet chickens, rabbits, friendly dogs, baby goats, calves, goats, and llamas. The two little girls who lived at the farm took Leilani all around the farm, played with her and introduced her to the animals. The reason we went to the farm was for a photography session. It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day and I can’t wait to see the pictures!
Leilani fell asleep about 5 minutes after her head hit the mattress; it was a very good day indeed!
