This has been a very busy and exciting weekend. First, our son got married yesterday and it was a very nice wedding with lovely vows. During the reception, Leilani was the center of attention when she went back and forth between one of the groomsman's legs and squealed each time. Everyone thought it was very funny and she was so cute.
Today, we had a baby dedication for Leilani at our church. Most of our family was there which was wonderful and then we had a lunch at our house to celebrate. Leilani was amazingly good while we were on stage for about 15 minutes. Leilani had another first today too. She got her very own cake. She played with it in her hands, swirled it around her highchair and finally spread it all over her face and hair. She seemed to enjoy the new experience.
