Apparently, the cutoff is November 1, 2005

Rumor has it the cutoff for this month is November 1st. That is 6 days, three times better than last month! That’s an improvement; we have FINALLY finished with October! I was worried that we were facing another 2 day batch because of the large numbers of logins at the end of October. Now, on with November LID’s. I am really hoping that once November is completed, Dec, Jan and February will move at a little faster pace. According to the China Adoption forecast site, we have slipped again in our projected referral date. We are now projected to get our referral in March 2008, a two year wait for us. We never expected it to be that long, but we would wait forever for her! One month closer to our little Leilani!
