I have always been amused by people who tell you how old their small children are in months. After 2, you should not count months, but here I am counting almost three years in months, I hope there is a end to this counting madness very soon....we'll see what next month brings. Also, according to China Adoption Forecast, we have slid a little in our expected referral, last month, our expected referral was 5/20/09, now....

China has 25 days of dossiers to be processed before they get to your dossier. China currently processes about 5.6 days of dossiers each month.
Our best guess: 06-07-2009
Since China generally sends out referrals in a batch about once per month, your referral date could easily vary +/- one month depending on whether you just get included or just get missed in a particular batch.
